1. I feel most confident when...
2. Name a compassionate way you’ve supported someone recently. Then write down how that made you feel and how you can do the same for yourself.
3. Write down an example of when you’ve looked for external validation in the past. Who gave it to you? Now, think of a future situation where you might be seeking external validation. Challenge yourself to look within for the answer. Learn to trust your own inner voice, rather than relying on external validation.
4. Think of one of your biggest mistakes. Write it down. What did you learn from this experience?
5. Make a list of everything that inspires you. People, quotes, books, anything that makes you feel empowered!
