1. Plan out your day with a to do list 

If you’re anything like us, there is no better feeling than crossing off items on your to do list. Making a list sets yourself up for a productive day. It then gives you the ultimate confidence boost when you see how much you’ve accomplished at the end of the day! 

2. Clean out a drawer in your home

Having a clean and tidy space helps free up any mental clutter. Start with that “junk” drawer and get rid of things that no longer serve you. Being organized is an easy way to build your confidence in no time.   

3. Listen to music and dance!

Create a confidence boosting playlist and rock out! Choose songs that inspire you and have a dance party. Take a few minutes out of your day, press play and get your body moving. You’ll feel refreshed and more confident than ever! 

4. Look good and feel good!
